Senior golfers set to tee off in Huế city

HÀ NỘI — The National Golf Championship for Seniors will kick off at Thừa Thiên-Huế Province’s Laguna Lăng Cô Golf Course on April  三0.

Nearly  一 二0 golfers have registered for the tournament. They have been divided into two categories; one for  五0- 五 九 year olds and one for those  六0 years old and above.

The golfers will compete in a two-round  一 八-hole format tournament.

The event is one of the annual activities of the Việt Nam Golf Association. 

The winners will walk away with VNĐ 一 五 million (US$ 六 七0).

Last year, Andrew Hùng Phạm took the top prize in the  五0- 五 九 years old class and Bùi Huy Hoàng triumphed in the over  六0 category. — VNS
